15th Annual Workshop on LC/MS/MS Applications in Environmental Analysis and Food Safety

May 29-31, 2019 — Miami Beach, Florida

This is an annual scientific meeting that provides a forum for scientists, researchers, government agencies and industry partners to share and discuss results pertaining to environmental and food analysis using hyphenated chromatography-mass spectrometry techniques.

The workshop will take place at Miami Beach, Florida, and will consist of two-and-a-half days with oral and poster presentations. The meeting will end by noon on Friday, May 31.

GC applications and high-resolution mass spectrometry work is encouraged.

  • Call For Abstracts - DEADLINE EXTENDED: April 26, 2019

    Abstracts for oral and poster presentations (1 page) should be submitted to Natalia Soares Quinete ( A 4-page abstract is required for potential publication in a special issue.

    Please use the following format:

  • Student Travel Award - DUE: April 8, 2019

    The 15th Annual Workshop in LC/MS/MS Applications in Environmental Analysis and Food Safety will be offering up to $500 in travel awards to students. If you would like to be considered for a student travel award, please submit the application material by no later than April 8, 2019.

    The following materials comprise a complete application package:

    • CV or Resume (2000 character maximum);
    • A one-page Abstract in one of the topics covered by the workshop;
    • A Statement of research goals and accomplishments by the applicant (250 word maximum);
    • A supporting statement by the applicant’s research advisor (one-side, single-page maximum).

    The final number of awards will be limited by available funds.
